In September of 2023, after a long absence due to COVID 19, we visited the Rimmu Foundation in Jaipur, India and spent time with the elderly women who have no family to take care of them. My long time friend, Linda Owens, trained reflexologist, was able to give hand massages to many of the women staying at the hostel and also surprised them with bracelets and necklaces.
We also visited the school for children and adults with physical and mental disabilities. We were happy to see the beautification program that Rimmu put into place which included tree planting, flowers in pots, outdoor benches, more shaded areas and murals in many locations. Jamdoli is thriving and we are very proud of Rimmu Khandelwal and his team for their ongoing efforts. We felt very inspired and grateful to see people working together to help those who have no one who can support and nurture them. We wish them continued good health and joy.
